At Gibson Psychology, we do things differently. We value psychological work that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and responsive to real lives — not rigid models or surface-level fixes. Our approach is grounded in clarity and intention, shaped by experience, and focused on change that is meaningful and sustainable in the context of modern life and work.

Founded by a psychologist with experience across multiple areas and therapeutic modalities, Gibson Psychology is guided by a belief that good psychological work should be practical, collaborative, and genuinely useful. We prioritise substance over trends, clarity over complexity, and approaches that adapt to people and systems rather than asking people to fit a framework. Integrity, curiosity, and reflective practice sit at the centre of how we work, informing everything we do.

Workshops

We offer a variety of workshops in behaviour support and mental health. Our presenters are experienced professionals ready to share their knowledge and evidence-based approaches, to help you and your team upskill or improve confidence.

Therapy

At Gibson Psychology, we do mental health support differently — practical, evidence-based care designed to work in real life.

We are not accepting referrals for therapy at this time.

At Gibson Psychology we offer AHPRA board-approved supervision for psychologists at various stages of their careers. Our principal clinician is ready to provide grounded, evidence-based support that builds confidence, reflection, and sustainable practice.
Additionally, we offer supervision for Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners working in Behaviour Support.

Limited positions available yearly.
